I am a person who is very busy (not to discount anyone else). I need to plan. I love the web-based system. However, there are many things that appeared to be common practice that was needed. I do not like to receive requests piece by piece. While I know the underwriter may ask for something non-conventional, having a conversation about what may or may not be needed would have been less frustrating. I work for a large state bureaucracy. If I did not report directly into the Chancellor's office I am not sure if I would have been able to obtain some of the items that were requested.
